Selling retail, upgrading salon services, bringing in new clients, filling in a jump journal, salon cleanup, performing service, doing call backs, customer service, offering beverages, rescheduling appointments, being responsible for your own growth, attending all in salon education and always being open to learning and bettering yourself.

Company expectations: 

Willingness to learn and accept coaching, to be on time and prepared for work on all scheduled days, proper dress attire, knowledge of trends both fashion and hair, open communication, excellent customer service, self starter, team player and be willing to Create Exciting Transformations For your Guests!
